BOUTEILLE have no return policy. In cases where it is proven that the product(s) has been mistakenly delivered (e.g. Mistake in the perfume scent delivered) the buyer has to provide notification to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receving the delivery. BOUTEILLE will provide the necessary replacement or a refund if that is preferred.
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. In the case where the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, unfortunately there will not be any refund. BOUTEILLE will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their replacement/refund within 2 after the confirmation.
